Where's my product?

You must click 'RETURN TO MERCHANT' after purchase to see the products keycode If you paid using the Paypal links, then at the end of the transaction you should have clicked the 'Return to Merchant' button. The products URL and keycode are only shown on this webpage. An email copy is also sent. If for any reason you don't have the product details that you have paid for, then just ask.

If you paid using the SWREG method, then the product details will appear on screen at the end of the transaction. It will also be included with the receipt that SWREG sends Sometimes SWREG can be slow in processing the order, mainly this is for security checks, but you should see the order within 24hours, let me know if you dont.

If you paid for a CD from either Paypal or SWREG then the CDROMs are made to order and sent out within 3 days (usually quicker). For UK and EU customers you should certainly receive it within 2 weeks. For futhur destinations please allow 28days. If after these times you do not receive the CD, then please get in contact.

When you buy the product, it's yours and yours alone, you become the registered user as by the sales receipt. You CANNOT resale a download version. You CANNOT resale a CDROM version Why CD? Due to the sofware pirates, I am forced to take this step. Also users have been passing on CDs (for free or resale) after installing they then ask for free updates, result is I never get paid. If you do not agree with the not for resale policy then dont purchase.
