FS2004 London City sinking problem

I'm having a problem in FS2004 when using UK2000 London City together with Visual Flight VFR London.

Part of the taxiway appears to be over water, and the aircraft sinks when taxiing across that area. I installed VFR London using the UK2000 London City compatibility option and placed both VFR London scenery layers below the UK2000 layers, as instructed.

Unfortunately, the original post has been deleted. Does anyone remember the fix or still have the compatibility patch/instructions?
